Shipping Policy

Production times can vary due these products being handmade. Factors such as size, complexity, and general error can delay production. However, most pins are completed and shipped from the factory in a 3-5 month period, then take 2-3 days to ship from MBP to customers. It is rare that a pin takes longer than 6 months, however if a pin extends past a 6 month period, customers are welcome to request a refund and forfeit the preordered pin if preferred. I do not offer combined shipping, my shipping platform does not have this feature and it proves to be a logistical nightmare to do this manually so please be sure you have added all items to your cart before checking out!

Canadian Postal Strike

​

Canadian friends. I am trying to navigate the challenges with shipping and the postal strike. For new orders placed I have added UPS as an option and added a listing to upgrade shipping on existing orders to UPS as well.

Orders that were purchased prior to today, should you want to upgrade your shipping you will need to purchase the listing for additional shipping and then email me with your order number and your request to change to UPS. If this is a presale design you need to do this when I request address changes.

Otherwise I will be holding all Canadian orders until this strike is over. If I do hold orders these will not be combined should you have multiple and will still be shipped separately, please do not ask me to combine.

Presale  Policy

​

In agreement with buying a PRE-SALE item you acknowledge and agree to wait the necessary time for your item to be completed. Each item is custom made by hand and time frames of completion vary. Please understand in buying a presale item  you have agreed to commit to the design. Each item production can vary from 4-6 months, each presold item is hand crafted and therefor time frames can exceed 6 months if changes are needed.

No selling of presales is allowed, doing so will result in refunds of your orders and ban from presales.

MBP encourages the community engagement of "drop buddying", however if you and your drop buddy both purchase the same pin at drop, it is your responsibility to have a plan. It is unfair to both MBP and other customers to abuse product stock by drop buddying and refunding. Unfortunately, it has to be assumed refund requests during new drop periods are due to drop buddying and so all will be treated as such.

Presales have a no refund policy unless production time has passed 6 month, then you may request a refund by email.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the limited nature of our products all sales are final. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the product, and the order number. Requests for exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the small/limited edition size of these products.
